Icons stopped working after death

Hi, I'm not sure which version might have caused this, but tonight during Sylvanas I died and got ressed, and thereafter none of my HoT icons appeared on my Healbot frames until the fight ended. Reloading did not help. Thanks for all the work you do.

Dead Player Distance Color

Since the last update or so, dead player names in combat are always appearing red (instead of grey) when out of range, confusing my combat res attempts.

In the latest version, I've noticed that dead raid members aren't colored red even when they're in range.
