I am not sure I understand you correcly. Healbot does not have a frame that shows you who is targetting you.
Addons that do this (in some way) are xperl and watchout.
The healbot target frame (which shows what you are targetting) is
Healbot options - Frames - Heal groups - untick "9:Targets" on the list of frames on right hand side.
