The game does not see the addon

Hello, I ran into such a problem for which there was no panel for checking ready and for putting marks. After half an hour of checking, it turned out that the heal bot was guilty of this, I changed the settings, but nothing helped, so I decided to delete the entire cache and then install heal bot. So, now the game does not see this addon at all, although it is turned on, there is no icon on the map, commands don't works
