Options can't be opened in 2.5.4.2

I am able to open options from the command line, but not from the GUI.

i'm using the tbc version, but came looking for a bug report on this, since i and my s/o are also experiencing the same thing. the Options word at the bottom of the frame is bigger than normal and scooted up into the bottom of the healing frame, and isn't clickable at all. if i use /healbot to open the options, i can configure some things, but i'm unable to switch between skins if i'm already in a raid. generally it isn't an issue, since can just use the chat command to open the options panel, just unsure of what's happened lol

here's what the options button looks like on my frames, in case you haven't seen it at all yet. it looks exactly the same for my s/o, and they're also unable to click on it. we have two completely different computers, with different ui settings.

same is happening to me on 9.2.0.7, i cant from the options button in the frame but i can open the options from the minimap button

Same for me I've tried resetting but i cant open it by blicking.
