It still doesnt show it as u can see in the image, maybe its cos it is on the Spanish version?, but as u can see it doesnt track it

I even offer myseft to translate-locate some of the spanish texts ^^

Heya, i've already tried it on the English client, maybe thats why it doesnt work, i usually play in the Spanish version, what could it be? any kind of solution?

It's not a localization issue, spell names are obtained via the api, not hardcoded.
Check your Icons>Debuffs tab, the number of icons shown.
