I now that it is very weird, but here u have it, if i change the whole language of the game to english it shows it to me, but if it is on spanish it doesnt, u can try it by yourself, put it on spanish and track it.

I have news, the game client language doesnt matter, but the healbot language yep, if i change between EN & SP if shows or dissapear, not kidding.

Works fine for me regardless of language.
I have gone as far as testing on PTR, deleting everything under WFT/Account and copying the latest to Interface/Addons.
Works fine on PTR also, with both EN and ES.
