Mouse buttons problem

I have some heals key binded on 2 mouse buttons (specifically button 4 and 5), and for some reason they don't work lately, until I reload, then they work fine. I don't understand what is the problem, I tried re-installing healbot and make my profile again but still the same issue. If anyone can help please <3 I am using healbot 4 years now and it worked just fine!
