Dispelling Mind Control on Lucifron

On Lucifron players affected by Mind Control became hostile and the Mind Control is actually a buff on a hostile target that we have to dispell or purge.
Is Healbot able to handle this situation? Dispelling a buff from a hostile raid bar?
I believe it does not, I have to dispel players manually on Lucifron. It works on dispelling mind control in dungeons but on Lucifron.

Yeah, I've also been having trouble dispelling mind control in both dungeons and MC. Could you possibly give an example of a macro that I could use? Also, why would a macro work, but not just the spell itself?

I had the same problem as shaman.
I´ve add these Spell ID to the Custom Debuff list 20604 "Dominate Mind".
And make a macro:

#showtooltip Purge
/stopcasting
/cast [@mouseover,exists,nodead][@target][@hbtarget] Purge
---
Than add the macro to the spell_list with the spell selector.

And its work. I purge two DDs last ID from Dominate Mind perfectly.
