How to organize Healbot by Group Number

Hey, I've been using healbot since classic and it it by far my favorite addon for healing. I am very comfortable with it and have only ever had one real problem with it. This is that the groups aren't organized in any specific way besides going vertically and then starting on the next column. How do I organize it so there are five columns of five with the tanks preferably at the top and so that one column only has people from a specific group in it. I've always been able to work around this issue with CoH and just memorizing certain people in certain groups but healing on my shaman now it seems to be a problem using chain heal and casting a chain heal that will only bounce off of one person.
