Target frame #1
I'm definitely doing something wrong with regard to the target frame. I want this frame to show up whenever I target someone (friendly or enemy) in raid 40. Yet, it doesn't seem to do that. I have it working when soloing, but when I go to the default raid 40 skin it doesn't show. I checked the visibility tab under the target frame, and I don't see anything obviously wrong. It seems to match what the solo visibility skin is set to. Any ideas?
