Mouse 4/5 stop working after a restart in another spec

So initially, it worked fine. I set up HB after a hiatus, and got to the healing.

Then, after coming back one day, the two spells (Lifebloom/wild growth) bound to mouse 4 and 5 didn't work. The rest did. Binding them to alt-clicks of the more mundane mouse 1-3 works as well. Just no 4/5.

Then, I go into HB options, reset spells or just touch m4/m5 and close, and mouse 4/5 work again. Strange.

A pattern developed, and I think I've gotten it reproducible. After I quit the game in Balance spec, and reenter, and switch to Resto, mouse 4/5 stop working. Until I go into the options and reset. I coped Resto spells to all specs, and after a /reload, that worked as well.

Oh, right, might be important that Balance spec had nothing on mouse 4/5 in healbot.

Stife is correct. This isn't a healbot problem.

Some things to check off the top of my head - mouse driver is up to date and the correct driver is being used for your mouse. Error in setup/version of mouse profiler or other program running. Other WOW addon that is modifying mouse setup. WOW keybind incorrectly set. Hardware problem with mouse (can't see how some of these would cause those symptoms but worth a check).

That's all I can think of....

I've kinda of the same problem. Everytime I restart the game. mouse button 4/5 binding stop working.
But if I go into healbot option / spells and choose that specifik button list. Then everything start to work again
