Custom buffs and debuffs can be added by players on the [[options:buffs:custom|Buffs Custom tab]] for buffs or the [[options:cure:custom|Debuff Custom tab]] for debuffs

===== Example of adding a custom buff =====

In this example, renew is added as a custom buff.

  * Select the appropriate Class
  * Enter the spell id or spell name
    * Spell id is recommended
  * Click Save
<note important>If entering a spell name rather than a spell id, ensure the spelling and capitals match exactly with the spell name in tooltips.</note>

After clicking save, a confirmation dialog will show.
If a spell id was used, the spell name is shown in the dialog.

  * Click Yes to save
