===== Summary =====

The buffs extra tab allows for personal buffs to be monitored and cast prior to running out.

===== Options =====

  * **Only in instance** - Only monitor for missing extra buffs when in an instance.
  * **Weapon enchants** - Monitor for weapon enchants buffs.
    * Main hand / 2H - Select for main head and 2 hand only.
    * Off head - Select for off hand only.
    * Bar colours - Click on the bar to set the colour of the health/emergency bar when the buff is required.
  * **Well Fed** - Monitor for well fed baffs.
    * Check well fed - Toggle monitoring for well fed.
    * Item name - Select or type food to consume and gain well feed buffs.
    * Bar colours - Click on the bar to set the colour of the health/emergency bar when the buff is required.
  * **Extras** - Monitor for any missing buff gained by consuming items.
    * Check box - Toggle monitoring for the buff.
    * Buff name - The name of the buff to check for, this is the name as showing on the buff icon.
    * Item name - The name of the item to be consume, this is the name as shown in your bags.
    * Bar colours - Click on the bar to set the colour of the health/emergency bar when the buff is required.
