===== Summary =====

The Bar Text Health tab allows for setting the type of health text displayed on bars and formatting displayed text.\\

==== Text ====

  * **Show health on bar** - Show the players health on the bar.
    * Display type - Various options on how the health is displayed.
    * Format dropdowns - Various options on the number format for health.
  * **Health text anchor** - Set the anchor to be independent and anchor to the health bar or anchor to the name text.
  * **Font slider** - Set the font.
  * **Font size** - Set the size.
  * **Vertical Offset** - Set the vertical text position.
  * **Horizontal Offset** - Set the horizontal text position.
  * **Max Characters** - Set the maximum number of characters shown for the health text, set to 0 for automatic based on font and bar width.
  * **Font Outline** - Set an outline around characters.

==== Colour ====

  * **Text colour** - Set the colour of the health text, when custom is used click on the Custom bar to set the colour.
    * Use Custom on Debuff - Set the colour of the health text to use the custom colour when the player has a debuff.
  * **Enabled opacity** - Set the transparency of the health text when the bar is in an [[guides:healbot-states|enabled state]].
  * **Disabled opacity** - Set the transparency of the health text when the bar is in an [[guides:healbot-states|disabled state]].

==== Incoming Heals ====

  * **On full health ignore all incoming heals and absorbs** - When health is at 100% only show 100%.
  * **Incoming heals options** - Various options for including incoming heals.
    * No Incoming Heals - Never show incoming heals.
    * Include incoming heals - Include incoming heals in the health text.
    * Separate incoming heals - Show incoming heals next to the health text.
  * **Absorb options** - Various options for including absorbs (HoT's in Classic).
    * No absorbs - Never show absorbs.
    * Include absorbs - Include absorbs in the health text.
    * Separate absorbs - Show absorbs next to the health text.
  * **Separate format** - When incoming heals and/or absorbs are set to separate, select any additional character to be displayed with the heal text.
  * **Separate colour** - When incoming heals and/or absorbs are set to separate, the colour can inherit the health settings from the [[options:skins:frames:text:health|Skins Frames Bar Text Health tab]] or a custom colour can be used, when selecting custom click on the bar below to set the colour.

==== Overheals ====
 
  * **Overhealing options** - Various options for showing overhealing.
    * No overheals - Never show overheals.
    * Show my overheals - Show your overheals.
    * Show all overheals - Show all overheals.
  * **Overheals format** - Select any additional character to be displayed with the heal text.
  * **Overheals colour** - The colour can inherit the health settings from the [[options:skins:frames:text:health|Skins Frames Bar Text Health tab]] or a custom colour can be used, when selecting custom click on the bar below to set the colour.
