Spells are casting on myself instead of the target

This is not a Healbot issue, this is due to the UI settings.

Turn off Self Cast options in the UI
- UI setting in Classic
- UI setting in Retail

In Healbot on the spells tab, there will be a warning if these settings are turned on in the UI
