Custom buff problem

Hello, I have an issue with my Disc priest, in the custom buffs I made that the atonement buff change the color of the bars of the people that got the buff, but when the said bar change color I've seen that I can't spam shadow mend on this person, sometimes I can't use it at all (when the bar changed color). So I tried changing the priority of the buff but it didn't work, neither reseting healbot. Any help? thank you in advance.
