Due to spells now using ID's
On first logon with each character CHECK THE SPELLS TAB

- Fixes to suppress sound/text in macros, short commands also available for all player macros, see the website>Help
- Added Emotes to Mouse Wheel Commands
- Fixed long lists in dropdowns Custom Buffs and Custom Debuffs from going off the screen
- Added OOM emote option to the Skins>Chat tab
- Added Exclude Self/Group/Raid from Target frame when out of combat option to Skins>Frames>Bars>Visibility tab
- Added Exclude Self/Group/Raid from Focus frame when out of combat option to Skins>Frames>Bars>Visibility tab
- Spells,Items and Commands on the Spells tab are now stored using ID's
- Fixed some sounds throwing invalid fileID error
- Updated libs
- Internal update changes to ensure all updates are done in a timely manner
