Skins Frames Emergency General tab

The Skins Frames Emergency General tab allows for various emergency bar settings.
Emergency bars allows for setting a separate set of spells such as decursive on player frames.

• Use the emergency bar - Turn on to show an emergency bar on or next to the health bar.
• Texture - Select the texture for all bars.
• Height - Set the height of each bar.
• Width - Set the width of each bar.
• Anchor - The position of the emergency bars relative to the health bar.
• Vertical offset - Vertically offset the emergency bar relative to the anchor.
• Horizontal offset - Horizontally offset the emergency bar relative to the anchor.
